Everything you need
Come with your ideas, your instrument, and we will assist you with everything else. Microphones, preamps, cables, plugins. We choose the right equipment for your project, and we bring it to life together.
Come alone or with two, five, ten; the studio has 24 tracks available for simultaneous use and 4 independent headphone outputs.
Hybrid Workflow
The studio has been designed to blend vintage sound with modern technologies. We work with classic microphones as well as modeling microphones like the ML-1 (Slate Digital) or L22 (Townsend Labs) that can reproduce the sound of the most sought-after microphones.
On the control side, we have vintage preamps (ART/Joemeek) with tubes or transistors - for a more pronounced sound - or ultra-transparent preamps (Midas) if you are looking for absolute fidelity.

Who is Barn Records?

Creator of Barn Records
Barn Records is the result of 25 years of passion. I discovered whats behind the scenes around 16 when I found myself behind a rudimentary mixing desk for a neighborhood party. I started with DJing, which I practiced for years. I worked my way through amateur theater where I learned the technique of sound and light, but also developed my sensitivity by performing on stage. Trained as a saxophonist, I took a 180° turn and started playing metal drums, a role that I have held for 10 years in the group Empreinte(s). As we gained experience and our desire for self-production, I set up a home studio and learned how to use it best. Several years and 2 children later, in 2025 I took the plunge, and I decided to offer my services.

We support you throughout your creative process. From rehearsal, to your first demo video, to your first recording. We can provide sound for your concerts, which we can also record in multi-tracks to produce a live album.
We also offer equipment rental or sound services for various events (seminars, inaugurations, gatherings)

The price depends a lot on the project and the amount of work required. But here are some price ranges for typical services:
- Mix only (stems provided): between 80 and 200 euros depending on complexity
- Recording / mixing of a single: between 200 and 400 euros
- Video clip / live session: 500 euros
- Studio day: 500 euros
- Equipment rental: as needed
- Sonorisation : entre 500 et 800 euros selon besoins
